Menu Suggestions & Table Set-ups
Our menu suggestions will give you a flavor of our culinary standard from canapés for pre dinner cocktails up to a creative five course gala dinner, be it Western Fusion, Thai Contemporary or a Seafood Barbeque.
While we prefer to make use of imported produce for Western or fusion dishes, e.g. Wagyu Beef, Cod or Salmon, we take full advantage of the fresh local produce, including a great variety of herbs available at the markets.
In order to create the “wow effect” for your table settings, for up to 40 guests we provide a modern and contemporary line of china, glassware and cutlery, all supported by beautiful silver lined place plates. To complement this, you have a choice of tablecloth in white or black and napkins in white or silver.
