Rental rates range from US150 for suites to US$1,550 for luxury beachfront units, subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
Rates are inclusive of:
- airport transfers, one round trip
- daily Continental breakfasts
- daily housekeeping service with bedlinen changed every 4 days
- broadband internet access
In addition, Banyan & Lotus Beach Pool Villas provide
- a private housekeeper
- private chef service for one meal per day
